Eclectic Ellapu - Anything Goes

Good Morning
***Advance Warning - Photo Overload*** lol

Another challenge at Eclectic Ellapu and our hostess with the mostess is Paula. She has chosen an really easy theme - Anything Goes :) .

I have chosen this Exploding Box Card as my inspiration for you all, my first ever attempt and a custom order for my God Daughter.

These are surprisingly really easy to do, I followed a "scor-pal" tutorial for the measurements using my scor-pal board and used up lots of scraps of paper and cards which is always a bonus in my book too.

I love this "Tilda" stamp, you may have seen it a lot recently (so versatile). I coloured her with promarkers and  then cut her out and attached her to the base of the card so she is standing upright. I added stardust stickles to her champagne glass.

I have embellished the card with paper roses, pearl hearts, crystals, butterflies and ribbon. The gorgeously super sparkly numbers I found in my local craft shop :).

I can definitely see me making more of these :).

Thanks for visiting, please check out my purple teams fantastic creations here, and enter you own.

Sorry no blogging or comments in a while, my real job has had to come first these past few weeks. Having to limit my posts to DT  and the odd card only. Really hope to  be back to normal and catch up with you all very soon. Thanks for your understanding.

**Available to buy here**

Good Evening everyone,
quick posting from me as we went back to school today and I'm shattered plus I've not been able to shift a nasty chest infection for a while now so waiting for emmergency Dr to call back.

Anyway this is a new design exclusive to my Etsy shop for Fathers Day. I used the gorgeous "LOTV" stamp coloured with promarkers. The design papers are really old and scraps of a 12 x 12 sheet so cannot remember the name.

I have cut out the bear and decoupaged him to add a little depth to the card. The sentiment is also an "LOTV" stamp, stamped onto kraft card. I have embellished the card with some little diy brads from my stash.

I have also decorated the inside of the card with matching papers.

Thank you so much for looking. Catch up with you all later.

Eclectic Ellapu - Put a Tag On it Challenge

Well Good Morning Everybody,
Sad day for me last day of my Easter Holidays, back at School tomorrow :( lol. But happy news too it's time for another challenge at Eclectic Ellapu and our lovely hostess is my fellow purpley Bonnie and the theme is "Put A Tag On It".

I have had another request for a custom card with a hidden sentiment tag so thought this was perfect to share with you as inspiration for our challenge.  I coloured the gorgeous "Tilda" with my promarkers and added stardust stickles to her dress and shoes for a little birthday sparkle.

The flowers and buttons are from my stash and the papers are scraps of "MME" 12 x 12 sheets. The happy birthday stamp is by "LOTV", the other sentiment is computer generated and the sentiment tag is by "Penny Black".

Please pop over to our blog to join in the fun and check out my fellow teamies work.

Thank you for looking :).

Birthday Baker

Good Afternoon everybody.
I have finally found some time to share this card with you all. This is a custom order and my brief was "chef, checked trousers and a cake".
I have used this gorgeous "Tilda" and paper pieced her with "craft creations" papers.

All the design papers used are "Craft Creations", I also used my circle nesties and square nesties and Swiss dots embossing folder.  The gorgeous cutlery was created with a "Magnolia Doohickey die". The flowers are from my stash and coloured with my black promarker and then i added stardust stickles.
The sentiment is computer generated.

The ribbon used is from "The Ribbon Girl" and the sentiment on the hidden tag is a "Lili OF The Valley" stamp. I also made a matching tissue lined box for this card and decorated the insert.

Thank you for looking.

Autism Awareness

Good Afternoon and a Happy Belated Easter. I've been away for the weekend so my sincere apologies to my fellow purple teamies on my late posting for this weeks Eclectic Ellapu Challenge.
This weeks theme is "Autism Awareness or use of Primary Colours in your project". The theme was chosen by Trisha and is close to her heart and my own for personal reasons.

I decided to make something which could be stood on a desk to raise awareness, using the jigsaw pieces associated with "The National Autistic Society"

Please check out my fellow purples beautiful creations here.

Thank you for looking :).
